Members are individuals who are working in information governance, data protection and IT Security in the North of England and Scotland who would like to hear more about future NIGF events. There is no cost to this membership and members get to hear about NIGF events and related activities and have the opportunity to influence how the Forum grows and potentially contribute to future events, website content or to other materials.
Sponsorship allows NIGF to continue to run as a not for profit organisation. Sponsors are detailed on our website and have the opportunity to attend and provide information about their organisation at our events.
The NIGF committee helps steer the direction of the forum, ensuring appropriate governance is in place and is central in planning future events. By becoming a member of the committee, you can help the Forum grow to meet the needs of businesses in the North of England and Scotland.
We are always keen to find speakers who can share their experience of implementing data protection or IT Security within their organisation, or have a specialist area of expertise they can share with others.
We are always looking for venues where we can host NIGF events. If you think you could offer us a free venue, it would be great to hear from you.
