Peer support, knowledge sharing and collaboration in any sector is valuable but not more so than in the field of data protection regulatory compliance and information governance. Our Chair Helen McElroy, also Senior Information Governance Consultant at Evolve North, recently gave a talk at the iNetwork Northern WARP Annual Conference earlier this month.
She shared practical insights on the ever changing data protection landscape and showed those in attendance how organisations can stay ahead of regulatory shifts while keeping governance simple and effective. The session highlighted the ongoing challenge of balancing compliance with operational efficiency, something many organisations are increasingly struggling to manage.
